DELEGATED RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations manager has responsibility to develop and maintain an innovative and empowering environment that rewards commitment to environmental and social sustainability and our status under the Green Globe program to our guests, suppliers, contractors, agents and wholesalers.

 

Special consideration will be given to employing and empowering the local staff, and wherever efficient and environmentally sustainable, products and services will be sourced locally.

 

Management Reviews

Management regularly reviews and refines sustainability activities through:

 

  • senior management meetings
  • reporting to Council and Committees
  • strategic planning and budget setting
  • system reporting
  • market research and environmental scans
  • operational planning
  • team / work unit planning
  • quarterly performance review meetings
  • individual executive and management goal setting

NOTE: This policy is a public document to be on display, a copy may be given to anyone.
